We were part of a team developing a business plan for the Port of Anchorage. Work included documentation of the origin and destination of Port of Anchorage cargo and fuel, forecasts of vessel traffic and cargo ships, an assessment of competitive ports, benchmarking with other similar ports, and evaluation of future business opportunities. This work took place in 2013–2014.
