We conducted a rate study to determine if Aransas-Corpus Christi Pilots (ACPP) tariff rates were competitive with other ports of comparable structure for pilot services. The impetus for the study was a December 2020 proposal, later withdrawn, by ACPP to update its tariff. The analysis compared ACCP’s tariff with those of Houston Pilots, Sabine Bank Pilots, Brazos Pilots, Brazos Santiago Pilots, and LC Pilot Association. This work took place in 2021–2022.
