Phasing Out the Use of Heavy Fuel Oil in the Canadian Arctic: Impacts to Northern Communities

We provided economic analysis support that looked at the cost of phasing out of heavy fuel oil in the Canadian Arctic, based on typical vessels and cargo routes that supply Arctic communities. This work took place in 2018.
