I provided revenue projections for the City of Ketchikan’s boat harbors based on a rate increase plan developed by City staff. The revenue projections were used by the City Manager for a presentation on the proposed rate increases to the Port & Harbors Regular Advisory Board Meeting. This work took place in 2023.
