I conducted a benefit-cost analysis in support of the City of Cordova’s application for a 2024 PIDP grant for improvements to its north waterfront, floating fuel dock, walking path connecting the North and South Harbors, three-stage dock repairs, electrical meters in North Harbor, and T-dock cranes and shore power. This work was a minor update to the 2023 application. This work took place in 2024.
