We developed a social and economic profile of Cordova, Eyak, and the Valdez-Cordova Census Area for use in the affected environment section of an EIS for an oil spill response facility in or near Cordova, Alaska. The work included a determination of social and economic impacts of road and dock location alternatives. We prepared an environmental consequences document.
