We teamed with R&M Consultants to conduct a feasibility study for improvements to port and harbor facilities in Saint Paul, Alaska. Improvements included additional dock face and moorage to accommodate vessel needs and improve safety for vessels entering and navigating in the harbor. We conducted a financial feasibility assessment that included life cycle cost estimates of the annualized costs of operating, maintaining, and eventually replacing the new facilities. This work took place in 2021.
