We assisted the Haines Borough with documentation to support applications for grant funding for its Lutak Dock. Our work consisted of conducting benefit-cost analyses for RAISE and PIDP grants for 2021 and a job creation analysis to support a future application to the EDA for grant funds. The benefit-cost analyses were provided to a third-party engineering company, who prepared the grant application packet for the RAISE and PIDP grants. Haines Borough was awarded a $20 million RAISE grant for the Lutak Dock. This work took place in 2021.
