We developed a benefit-cost analysis and supporting documentation for a new harbor house in False Pass, Alaska. Our analysis was catered to provide information needed for three different granting agencies—USDOT, USDA, and EDA—and included a quantitative analysis of benefits as well as interviews with stakeholders to support a qualitative discussion about other factors. This work took place in 2021.
