We conducted a benefit-cost analysis in support of the City of Kodiak’s application for the 2022 PIDP grant for improvements and replacements of over 80% of the Saint Herman Harbor. The emphasis of the project is improved safety of the facility, and the primary monetized benefit was the Value of Travel Time Saved. This work was an update and expansion of a previously done BCA for the 2021 PIDP application. This work took place in 2022.
