We were part of a team updating Petersburg Borough’s Comprehensive Plan and creating a Harbor Master Plan. Our work was focused on a rate study for Petersburg’s harbor system and used a life cycle costing approach to determine the annual revenue required to support operation, maintenance, and replacement of the community’s harbor facilities. This work took place in 2014–2015.
